RE: Would you buy a hitch on Ebay?
I bought a 5th wheel hitch and a tow bar. No problems with either and saved well over 1/2. I would do it again, definately
RE: Need some help with decision
Thanks for all the replies, we really appreciate your time and input. The way I add it up is like this...240K for a 42' tag axle Allegro Bus....+ 30K for a 4X4 dingy that will us to put our motorcycles in plus towing hitches ect...Probably around $275K +/-.. The toy hauler should come in at 75-80k plus a TV of 50-60K for a total of $135K +/-. Unless there is something Im missing, that about 1/2 for the initial cost... Im thinking that this would allow us a better nights sleep with the $135K in the bank as opposed to looking at a huge depreciation factor on $275 as opposed to the depreciation on $135. In addition, the $135 might possibility buy us a stick house some where and maybe to keep the Toy Hauler rig for part time use? Any thoughts of my fuzzy logic?????
Need some help with decision
Hi, My wife and I have been planning a 2 yr+/- trip around the Western US. Up until recently we were looking very seriously at Class A's in the 40'+ range and towing a pick-up with our motorcycles in the back of the pick-up...However; due to the terrible real estate market {$$$}, we are reconsidering and now starting to look at toy haulers in the 40' range. We would like a mfg model that has a lot of creature comforts as we intend to be full timing for a while until we relocate. Could you share your knowledge of the available mfg and models so that we could narrow our search {there are sooooo many}. We have looked at WW, Raptors, and have a trip planned this weekend to look at the KZ Esclade. We are prepared to acquire an adequate TV as necessary. Thank you very much..
RE: Verizon Broadband WOW!
We have dumped the landline phone and been using AT&T cell phones and a Sprint aircard/KR1 router for well over a year. Very happy with both services. A lot a flexibility and fairly reasonable costs.
RE: LED Tail lights for moter homes
I make me wonder why the builders dont use LED's and HID's at the factory. Seems like it would be at minimal costs at that point and be very functional?
